Complimentary Technical Support

Quadratech is pleased to offer 90 days of complimentary technical support for the following:

  • IT equipment that has been installed and configured by Quadratech.
  • Software that has been installed and configured by Quadratech.
  • Other professional IT services have been commissioned by Quadratech.

Coverage Details:

During the 90-day period, any issues arising from software or hardware installed by Quadratech will be covered under our complimentary support.

Exclusions:

Please note that any items not installed or configured by Quadratech are not covered under the complimentary support.

Requesting Support:

Customers can simply scan the “Request For Support” QR Code sticker on the devices to request support. This will enable them to directly lodge a support case with our dedicated support team.

Extending Support:

Customers have the option to extend the coverage of our support by signing up for an Annual IT Maintenance Contract (AMC). We encourage you to contact your designated Business Account Managers for more information on extending support.
